As a Sound Therapist and Reiki Master I use both modalities to bring a state of calm to the guests taking part within the session.
Sound Healing can help in many different ways to re-balance energy centres but can also aid to lower blood pressure, improve circulation and reduce respiratory rates helping you to find inner peace.
Working within both fields helps the brain reach a state of deep relaxation, specifically the delta and theta brain wave state which aids relaxation and natural healing, they can also bring about the movement in emotional blockages within our bodies energy centres.
All my hand picked instruments for each session are infused and attuned with Reiki Energy and symbols, allowing not only the powerful yet soft energy of the sound healing vibrations from the playing reach each person but also allowing the Reiki energy to reach everyone where and as they need it the most.
The space itself is also attuned with Reiki Symbols and energy before the session which I do myself insuring the room is filled with positive warm Reiki healing light.
