This ceramic piece has been produced in the studio of Wyn Abbot studio in the Lune Valley, Lancashire, England. Each piece is handmade so it will be unique to you when you purchase it. So please be aware that your piece may differ slightly from the images you see here in colour, weight, style and size, but it will nevertheless be similar.

Hand-crafted by Wyn Abbot Ceramics in the stunning Lune Valley, in the grounds of an ancient castle in the north of England.

Wyn who is a Sculptor, Ceramic Artist and Author, her work is inspired and influenced by our Ancestors, Ancient Cultures from around the world and from nature around her. Story-weaving ancestral imagery into clay, Wyn aims to keep alive the stories and lives of the past.

Having won awards for her work, everything made in the studio is fired to stoneware. No moulds are used at any point in the entire process nor do they use slip casting, each piece is completely handmade and as such unique in its own right. Because each piece is handmade there will always be some slight differences in size, colour and weight but in essence each piece of a particular product will be similar. Because each piece is fired to stoneware they are where appropriate dishwasher safe and also good to go outside in normal circumstances. All the glazes that are used are food safe. Each piece will carry the makers mark.
