Terms of Sale, Refund, Returns & Events Policy

Terms of Sale:

 
  • All goods supplied are as specified by the customer at time of purchase.
  • PLEASE NOTE ALL HOLIDAY ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS/YULE  MUST BE PLACED BEFORE THE 10TH OF DEC TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY BEFORE THE 23RD OF DEC. {within the UK only) 
  • Warranties are specific to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
  • Some products returned under warranty may be forwarded to the relevant supplier/manufacturer.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, wear and tear or consumable items.
  • Carriage charges to or from our return center must be borne by the customer. {All original shipping & postage costs will not be included in any refund payment as they are not covered within refund policy. }
  • Items returned for credit must be shipped post paid, complete, with all documentation
    and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt or will incur a re-stocking fee.
    Goods must be accompanied by a RETURN AUTHORIZATION ( RA ) number.
  • Authentic Self reserve the right to refuse any parcels returned for credit/repair that are received
    with inadequate packaging. Returned goods that are damaged or incomplete will not be credited.
  • Authenticrystals/ Authentic Self will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Account customers are bound to our settlement terms of 30 days from invoice date. Authenticrystals/self may levy a surcharge if these credit terms are exceeded and the credit
    facility may be withdrawn.
  • Title of goods remain with Authenticrystals/Authentic Self until paid for in full.
  • Authenticrystals/Self  endeavor to meet delivery dates but will not be held liable
    for financial loss should supply delays occur.
  • Authenticrystals/Self reserve the right to alter any technical specifications or prices
    on this web site without prior notice. International (outside of the UK orders) will incur shipping charges relevant to the size, location and service of courier used. All orders are accepted under the terms of the above conditions.
  • Authenticrystals/ Authentic Self  will not be held liable for any import tax duties applied to overseas deliveries. These must be paid by the purchaser. {please check before ordering}
  • Authenticrystals/ Self  Authentic Self hold no responsibility for fragrances or perfumes or other aromas  that may be on items from the transfer of goods from suppliers or that may have incurred during storage and transit.   
  • Any shortages or damages must be reported to Authenticrystals/ Self within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Authenticrystals/Self will not be responsible for shortages or damages reported after this time.
  • Authenticrystals/Authentic Self cannot be held responsible for any international, third party couriers and any such delays incurred. International orders are dispatched using a tracked postal / courier service, tracking details can be provided on request. Most international orders take 10 – 14 business days to arrive, however on occasions this time period can be longer.
  • Additional shipping costs may be added to cover such costs as packaging  and handling costs of staff time, this could be up to 50% the cost of the item. If you require a approx. costs of shipping please email before placing an order.
  • Shipping cost also cover the form and method in which authentic self decides to ship the item at the time of packing and shipping. 
  • Shipping can take from 7 to 10 business  days (within the UK) from date of order, although we try to process and ship within 5 business working days we can not guarantee this and we are not held responsible for delays due to postal strikes or delays due to 3rd party situations and adverse weather and other such  unfavorable/adverse situations out of our control.
  • Shipping dates are Monday to Thursdays   
  • Any orders made Friday, Saturday or Sunday  will not be processed until the following week. ( Accept U.K bank holidays ).
  • Any orders made after 4pm will not be processed until the next working business day of Authentic Merchant.
  • Royal mail 48 hour tracked service is our standard postage for all UK postage and packaging.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the unopened original packaging.

All original shipping & postage and packaging cost will not be included in any refund payment they are not covered within the refund policy. 

Packaging cost on items will not be refunded and average out apx. £4.00 per item boxed

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, customised pieces and certain sale items. Additionally, gift cards are also non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason why you want to return your item. We will then provide you with your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number for your return.  

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return your goods to Authenticrystals without obtaining an ‘RA’ number first. Unwanted items are to be returned at the cost of the customer, unfortunately we do not offer a free return service.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books or tarot cards with obvious signs of use
  • Packaging /or products that have obviously been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any restocking fees apply to any such items are charged at £4.00 per item GBP. 
  • Packaging cost on items will not be refunded and average out apx. £4.00 per item boxed

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

{Note only the items original price will be refunded not the postage/packaging/shipping costs.)

Late or missing refunds

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again this can take up to 30 days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Some Sale items cannot be refunded such as perishable goods, customised pieces and some may only be issued with a partial refund if restocking fee applies. 

Discount Codes 

Minimum spend  on order(s) applies to discount code.

Can not be used on ANY SALE ITEMS, all codes are only valid for a certain time and date and can be withdrawn at any time.

Our Fair Usage Policy for sale items ensures that all customers have equal access to discounted products while maintaining a positive shopping experience. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of sale items purchased per customer to prevent bulk buying for resale purposes. Sale items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not guarantee stock availability. Discounts apply only to specific items as indicated, and are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable unless otherwise stated. Customers who violate this policy, such as by using automated bots or other unfair means to gain an advantage, may have their orders canceled and accounts restricted. This policy is in place to ensure fair and equal access to our promotions for all shoppers.

 

Event Tickets and Services

Refunds on tickets and service bookings for All Services inc. Sound and Colour Events.

Will incur a transaction fee of £4.00 GBP*  and must be requested 48 hours before any event of service is booked for. 

(* cost to cover admin and restocking fees, bank charges etc) 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@authentic-self.co.uk to obtain your Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us at: enquiries@authentic-self.co.uk to obtain your unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please do not ship items directly back to us without obtain your unqiue RA number first.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All original shipping & postage and packaging costs will not be included in any refund payment as they are not covered within refund policy. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and packaging will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Event information 

By purchasing a ticket for the on person treatment at one of our events 

you are  hereby giving your consent to receive a sound-bath/healing/Reiki/Talking therapy and You acknowledge and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. Your health and safety with respect to such services are Your sole responsibility. Your decision to receive services is voluntary, and you know of, understand and assume any and all the risks associated therewith. In exchange for receiving services for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, hereby waive, release, discharge and hold the therapist Christopher Michael Armstrong working under the company name of Authentic Self /Authenticrytals and under the sometimes under his other names of Kit/Michael  harmless from any and all liability for any and all injuries, including damages or claims relating to or resulting from my receipt of the services, now or in the future, foreseen or unforeseen.

If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, You will immediately inform your healer. You will not hold the healer responsible for any pain or discomfort you experience before, during or after the session. You fully  understand that the services offered are not a substitute for medical care. You understand that your therapist is not qualified to carry out a medical examination or provide a diagnosis and you agree not to interpret their comments as medical advice. You affirm that you have notified the therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries. You agree to inform the therapist of any changes in your health and medical conditions.  You agree that the therapist may need to disclose your personal information if required to by law. By purchasing a ticket online your are declaring that you have read fully and understood fully this release, You hereby waive and release the  therapist from any and all liability, past, present and future relating to this treatment undertaken at the event the ticket is for.

Discount voucher terms and conditions for 1-2-1 treatments.

Discount code only valid one per person, not valid in conjunction with any other offers or voucher codes, unless otherwise stated.

Discount only valid once.

Can not be used by the same person more than once, code can not be transferred to anyone else.

Voucher can not be given as a gift and the named person apon booking must be the person who the voucher is used for.  

This discount can be withdrawn at any time without notice or if misused. 

Voucher can not be  exchanged for any other goods or service other than stated and  has no cash or alternative payment.

Voucher can not be used for group events or sound baths for more than 1 person.

Discount voucher must be applied on booking the 1-2-1 treatment before the appointment is booked. 

Late Arrival

It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for any other necessary paperwork, discussion or setting yourself up. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time left, however you will still be charged at full price for the session, Event door will close at the start time and we ask all holding a ticket to be within the room  5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

No Show / Cancellation

If you do NOT show up for your appointment/Event you will still be charged at full cost for your session/event missed. In the event you need to cancel your appointment due to other circumstances 48 hours notice must be given prior to your session/event.

Event Tickets and Services

Refunds on tickets and service bookings for All Services inc. Sound and Colour Events will incur a transaction fee of £4.00 GBP* and must be requested 48 hours before any event or service is booked for, you can however transfer your ticket to the next event date free of charge if places are available.

Serve Weather Conditions

In the event that serve weather or poor driving conditions make it difficult for you to attend your session event we will work with you to reschedule your appointment/ticket for the next date set for an event. 

Other Factors which we need to be aware of are :

Are you currently pregnant?

Do you have a pacemaker?

Do you have any metal in your body?.

Are you sensitive to fragrances or essential oils?

Do you have any allergies?

Do you have any medical conditions?

Are you taking any medications or supplements?

Please make us aware of anything that you think however large or small that could effect your session or event experience.

By not making us aware you and purchasing a ticket online your are declaring that you have read fully and understood fully  this release, You hereby waive and release the  therapist from any and all liability, past, present and future relating to this treatment undertaken at the event the ticket is for.
