Description

This beautiful handmade ceramic incense holder is fired to stoneware with melted glass in the base, the base itself is covered in felt to protect any surface you may use it on.

The incense is held by the hole in the side/middle.

As with all Wyn products on this shop are guaranteed to be handmade in our pottery in the Walled Garden at Hornby Castle in the Lune Valley, England

Having won awards for her work, everything made in the studio is fired to stoneware. No moulds are used at any point in the entire process nor do they use slip casting, each piece is completely handmade and as such unique in its own right. Because each piece is handmade there will always be some slight differences in size, colour and weight but in essence each piece of a particular product will be similar. Because each piece is fired to stoneware they are where appropriate dishwasher safe and also good to go outside in normal circumstances. All the glazes that are used are food safe. Each piece will carry the makers mark.
